What does a class consist of?
All of our CrossFit classes start out with a warmup, then we generally work on a skill and/or strength for 15-30 min, then complete the Work out of the Day (WOD). To keep things varied, that isn’t always the format, but does represent the layout of most days. Everything is done as a group. Movements and workouts change daily to help keep you on your toes and on top of your game.
*Thursdays are typically “Active Rest” days – basic movements that keep the blood flowing, followed by mobility
